Chirinjeev Kathuria - Republican

Chirinjeev Kathuria, 38, is a physician and co-founder and president of New World Telecom, LLC, a worldwide telecommunications firm. Born in India, Kathuria moved to the U.S. when he was eight months old. He earned his bachelor's degree in science and a medical degree from Brown University, along with an MBA and a master's in public management from Stanford.

Kathuria, whose father was an electrical engineer, is a big promoter of technology and has a deep fascination with space travel.
